Drive Through Check In
Our staff will check you in through the drive-through registration desk, provide you with pre-check-in options which you can complete from the convenience of your car, and if we have many patients at one time, we will do our best to predict how long you will wait in your car, so you can have the option to run an errand or grab a bite and drive right back when your appointment is ready!
Within The Community Engagement Room, A Qualified Staff Member Will Assess The Following Vital Signs Based On Your Health History

After Your Checkup
After Your Checkup
Once the checkup is complete, we will record the information in your chart so that your provider will have information of your vital health statistics when you come for your next scheduled health appointment.
Immediate Care When You Need It
If any particular health vital sign is concerning, we will immediately schedule you for a same day visit with our medical practitioner for evaluation and management.
