Caran Hayes, PA-C

Medical Provider

Caran began her career in a large, multi-provider primary care practice, where she developed a deep understanding of chronic disease management. Caran believes in evidence-based medicine delivered with a holistic approach, guiding patients toward improved sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being to extend their healthspan—the years of life lived in good health and vitality.

With a special interest in women’s health, Caran is currently pursuing certification through the North American Menopause Society to provide comprehensive support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Outside of her professional life, Caran strives to live what she teaches. She follows a plant-forward diet and enjoys trying new recipes. She stays active through Pilates, swimming, and skiing the Laurel Mountains. Caran is an avid reader and a proud member of the “Best Effort” book club.
